Payment Terms & Process
- In case of project management, we would like to mention that the preferred mode of communication will be through Written Discussion.
- A project will be estimated for the specific and agreed scope. All content, functionality or layout that is outside the specific scope will be acceptable for further hourly rates agreed upon.
- Banks have different requirements for the projects, so a client will need to submit full requirements to a project. Once the requirement phase is understood thoroughly by both parties, we will quote for the concerned project.
- For quoted prices upon agreement and approval, the company has a payment policy of accepting 50%-100% Deposits upon which additional work will be carried out on the scope of the project.
• The Next stage is the transfer of the work to the live Site. Once the details are accepted by both sides, clients can expect a white labelled service offering from us. That would mean we provide staging sites to our clients which enable one to show progress of one’s site when making progress on your clients’ sites.
• Clients have the choice to use their own servers while carrying out tests or creating staging areas within the company’s server; we still prefer working solely on our very own staging server.
• Regarding the provision of services through clients’ staging servers, Stack Edge Digital assumes no responsibility or liability for interference or problems caused by any third party or a developer.
• If work on live sites has already been scoped out, then advanced payment of a specific scope is required to be done.
• Interestingly, payments for services can be made not only via Credit Cards, Paypal, and Debit Cards but also through Wire Transfers.
• Where feedback is sought in terms of delivered work, there is a 3 days limitation from the date of project completion or the date of delivery/shown (i.e. staging site) whereby feedback shall be sought. The project would be referred to as approved or marked completed where feedback is not offered within the stipulated period set for receiving such feedback.
• The client is supposed to effect payment within a week after the project has been done and presented (that is, got shown in our staging). Late payments after the agreed time are forwarded to debt collection and financial recovery by the relevant department of Stick Edge Digital who will take appropriate measures.
Deployment on Client-Server
• If any issue arises in the client server, it is the client’s responsibility to contact the hosting provider.
• If any such assistance of Stack Edge Digital is required with regard to the hosting provider company or the hosting itself, and if the client exceeds one hour of discussions or addressing problems, additional costs will be charged on a per hour basis.
• Stack Edge Digital is responsible for the development services and, as an additional service, makes deployment service, service which we are not liable for any hosting related issue (DNS or permissions) sites. In addition, raw files can be sent so that the clients can upload them on the server.
Working on Pre-made Themes
• Stack Edge Digital shall bear no responsibility for any problem or existing code located in pre-made themes (Theme forest) or 3rd party theme developers with whom Stack Edge Digital developers have had no dealings.
• For performance, speed, code, w3c validation, plugin integration, and any other unknown issue, the client will have to seek the help of the theme developer.
•Stack Edge Digital can make modifications to theme issues upon client request but these will attract extra fees from the client. If Stack Edge Digital provides a theme that has been approved by the client, then we will not be liable to anything if there are later issues as a result of bad or malicious code.
Paid Plugins and Applications
For any Paid Application or Plugins which are required to complete a development cycle, these will be purchased by clients and the clients will be the sole owners of the assets.
Customize Design Cycle
•If a client has the need of having characters or illustrations on-site, the Company shall to decide on the total elements requires. An amazing Font Awesome and Images are encapsulated in Standard site design.
•Stack Edge Digital outsources most images and graphics, and hence cannot be held liable if such materials fail to be incorporated on the website. For this purpose, the client has to submit images which are free from royalty.

• A development phase caused revision in either the design or functionality from what was agreed or accepted in the mockup – design phase will make further costs.
